Jibril is ultimately responsible for controlling and overseeing all operations, people and projects. He leads and co-ordinates a board of Directors to ensure that the company succeeds. He oversees all the company’s finances keeping track of the money and guiding the team towards profitability and success.

Jibril is an active player in the student company team and has passion, compassion and motivation. He truly cares about his team and is always there to help them when they need it.
​
Jibril shows good management, leadership, planning, monitoring and support. He is approachable, and is a superb at forward planning and decision-making. He is trustworthy logical and detail orientated which is perfect for the money management.
Oversees all technical aspects of the company. He ensures that IT and data systems are effective and functioning. He manages all of the digital marketing channels and has the goal of driving all digital and technology efforts to achieve success.

Adnan is an active player in the company team and works well especially with his Digital and Technology assistant Aisha as they are passionate and motivated.
​
Adnan shows great perseverance, indomitable spirit in his strong IT skills and awareness of the social media world. He is detail orientated, a good problem solver and an organised and a responsible member or the team.
Oversees all marketing and design aspects of the company. They know how to bring the company into the public eye with their sharp and eye-catching design so that Starlight thrives against their competitors. Working together perfectly in this role they grow the enterprise by achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Samirah and Naima are creative imaginative, enthusiastic and innovative. They both can multi-task and are passionate in their project management.
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY DIRECTOR AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT Aisha
Aisha makes sure that the student company is well organized, and that it has effective policies and procedures in place to make it run smoothly. We are very lucky
that Aisha is the elected Student Union Environmental and Green Officer and is an expert in ensuring that the company is committed to sustainability by considering the impact on the planet and communities, which will improve our reputation and profitability with a good conscience.

She ensures that the company operates legally. She is an excellent support to Jibril in a director roll and also to Adnan in digital technology support. They all work together well because of their passion, motivation and resilience even when things get tough.

Aisha is a hard-working manager and full of diplomacy and support for her team. She is well organized and a good communicator. She is trustworthy and a outstanding at in-depth research.
